What we collect
We keep this simple. This website does not sell anything online, does not have user accounts, and does not host a comment section.
Analytics

Server logs
Like nearly every website, our web host automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, and the page visited. This is used for security and troubleshooting.
When you contact us
If you call, text, or email to ask about a trip, we keep what you send us — your name, contact details, and trip preferences — so we can answer you and arrange your booking. We use it for that purpose only.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not collect payment information through this website. Trips are arranged directly with Wade.
- We do not have a comment section, so we collect nothing through one.
Links to other sites
This site links out to our Facebook and TikTok pages, and occasionally to outside resources such as South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks for licensing information. Once you follow one of those links, that site’s own privacy policy applies — not this one.
How long we keep things
Google Analytics data is retained according to Google’s own retention settings. Booking enquiries sent by phone or email are kept as long as needed to serve you as a customer.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call, text, or email using the details above and we’ll take care of it.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
